I see you, Muskegon! First of all, what a cool venue, like an indoor food truck park. And second, amaaazing rice paper rolls !! I tried Mary's Signature and it was some of the best bbq pork I've had (and I used to live on Orlando where there's really good Asian cuisine). Super fresh, large portions, well done 👌
first time visit after hearing great things from Friends. wanted to see the food court style experience and it was really cool. great vibes, nice people, lots of options among the promenade Up Leaf was delicious. the menu had lots of fresh options, we shared a spicy Korean beef bowl (great kimchi!!) and had vegetable egg rolls and crab rangoons. egg rolls for crispy with wonderful cabbage, Rangoon reserved super hot and delicious. we sat the bar area across the food court and learned about this new business space from the bartender and an employee on break. food was definitely the highlight and i recommend it to small groups
Absolutely love it here!! I come specifically to the Core Plaza just for this place! My favorite is the Korean beef rice wrap rolls or the delicious egg rolls. The staff is also amazing!!
Fantastic! Mary's Favorite Roll, and the Trio platter, with Shrimp Tempura and Up-Thai Tea. Everything was delicious! Very filling and satisfying! No kidding the best Crab Rangoons I've ever had! WE WILL BE BACK!
Have the beef pho but I ate all of it before I could take a picture. The owners are amazing. I am going back to get the pad Thai. I will take a picture before I eat it all this time the tide tea dessert is amazing. The food is made with so much love I highly recommend the beef pho
Finally!!! Excellent Asian food in the area! Vietnamese, Thai... My husband had the astounding Beef Pho (finally! Pho in the area! Add the chicken option, please!), and I built my own bowl, which was divine. I will be back on Saturday or Sunday for their Pad Thai, which is pretty much nonexistent in West Michigan! We will be back, again and again! And the atmosphere is just delightful, also.
I had WONDERFUL experience at Up Leaf! Not only was the food authentic, but it was soooo delicious as well! I ordered a large to have leftovers for later, and it was hard not to eat the whole thing in one sitting! Caera was the one who helped me with my order, and she was amazing! 10/10 service! I got to meet the owner as well, and she was so lovely!! It was my first time eating here, and I’ll definitely be back!
Late February 2026, I went to Core Plaza for the first time with two friends. I chose UpLeaf for my lunch. I had the Tofu Bowl with rice noodles and corn (as a substitute for edamame) with their peanut sauce. It was really very good - fresh vegetables, warm noodles, and a perfect amount of tofu. The peanut sauces provided really took the bowl over the top, taste-wise. I greatly appreciated the extra care and service the guy behind the counter took with me - I'd forgotten to order a beverage from their ordering screen, (which was quite intuitive to manage), and he went the extra mile for me. I was quite surprised by that level of service.... really exemplary!
I was overwhelmed by the options on the menu because EVERYTHING looks delicious. I chose the Korean style beef spring rolls. I can't wait to visit again and try something else!! Everything was made with love and to perfection.
Mary is the sweetest! She was so helpful during the ordering process as it was my first time there. She also went out her way to bring over egg rolls that are rolled fresh in house, for free! Just so my friend and I could taste them. Food was delicious and overall a great experience. Thank you so much again Mary!
